Concrete used for ground supported slabs has traditionally been reinforced with a lightweight steel mesh. It has always been difficult ensuring that the mesh is correctly placed within the section and the reason for the use of the mesh is often questioned.
Our products can replace steel mesh, providing a number of benefits in the process. AR Glass Fibres disperse uniformly throughout the mix and at the correct dosage level they can control plastic and drying shrinkage cracking.
